Toonistore® – Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policies.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your product from us. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return, refund, or exchange.

We stand behind the quality of our apparel and accessories and guarantee our workmanship. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge.

Please note that our products are customized and manufactured on demand; they are not always available as ready-made items. Also, advertised images may slightly differ from the actual item in terms of color due to lighting during photography or variations in monitor display.

👉 Therefore, please allow up to 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item received.


Returns Policy

We accept returns only on products shipped by us if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong item or damaged item).

Requirements:

  • Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

  • Customers must cover the return shipping fee.

Refunds Policy (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. You will also be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected.

  • If approved → your refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank, as posting times vary (usually 5 business days).

  • If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@toonistore.com.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or due to our production/shipping error.

  • To request an exchange for the same item, email us at support@toonistore.com.

  • Our customer service team will review your claim. If approved, we will provide you with the return address.


Evidence Required for Replacement

Submitting proper evidence helps us process your request efficiently. Please provide photos in the following cases:

  • Wrong product shipped

    • Picture of the wrong item received

    • Picture of the shipping label

  • Size issue

    • Picture of the shipping label

    • Photo showing product measured with a ruler

    • Tag size on the apparel/accessory

    • Length of the item (if applicable)

  • Broken/Damaged item

    • Picture of the damaged item

    • Picture of the shipping label


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 2 hours after being placed. After that, the order is locked for processing.

  • A management and transaction fee of 1.5% of the order value applies for cancellations.

  • Full refund applies only if you switch to a new order (the old order will be canceled and refunded 100%).
